 Theus W. (Buddy) Rogers,Jr. ,M.Div., DC/Psy., LPC, Registered Mediator and Guardian Ad Litem.    

Dr. Rogers had been a therapist for over 40 years.  He is a graduate of The Citadel, the Candler School of Theology at Emory University and Carolina University of Theology where he earned his doctorate in Christian Counseling Psychology.  His training included an internship at Georgia Baptist Hospital in Clinical Pastoral Care.  He is a clinical member of  the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, the American Medical Hypnosis and Psychotherapy Association, the American Group Psychotherapy Association and the American Society for Clinical Hypnosis.  He is a National Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, a National Board Certified Counselor and he is on the Georgia Risk Reduction Program Registry as an evaluator and treatment provider for DUI offenders.

He specializes in the treatment of panic and anxiety disorders, depression, the treatment of chronic and acute pain, including migraine headaches, marriage and family therapy, and child and adolescent problems and has treated soldiers for  Post Traumatic Stress Disorder since 1973.

He also treats those suffering from ADD, ADHD, alcohol and sexual addictions, tricholmania, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia. 

Dr. Rogers also works with athletes, including Olympic Trap and Skeet , Running Targets, International Rifle and Pistol shooting.  He has work with college golf teams and PGA Professionals, High School Baseball, Tennis and College Gymnastics in the area of performance enhancement, stress management and anxiety.

Virginia Shierling 

Ms. Shierling is the group's office manager and has held this position for 16 years.  She keeps the clouds from surrounding the fold, runs interference with insurance and manage care companies and sees to it that an atmosphere of friendliness and calmness envelopes each of us and our patients.
